for 12-16 years

We are on a mission to help your child perform better, become stronger and spend less time injured. Our sports camp programme will run from August 1st-31st and has been expertly designed by our experienced Head of Performance, Luke, to take your child through a comprehensive pre-season training programme to reduce your child's in season injuries and improve sports performance.

JUST 10 SPACES PER SESSION
We are limiting the classes to just 10 spaces per class to allow us to safely manage your child and for your child to get the most out of our sessions.

DESIGNED FOR EVERY SPORT
We aren't limiting this exciting opportunity to just one sport. Rugby, football, netball, running and any other sports person will benefit from our summer sports camp to make your child the best they can be.

3 Days a week...
3 Different Session Focus
Attend once a week for a specific session or attend all 3 to achieve a comprehensive conditioning programme. We will challenge different aspects of your child's ability throughout the week to turn their weaknesses into their strengths.
