One of our Chartered Physiotherapists will assess your knee pain to determine the best course of treatment.

STEP 2

Undertake a course of 12 weeks of progressive exercises specifically designed to help with your Knee Osteoarthritis in the comfort of your own home or here at our well-appointed studio at the clinic under the supervision of either our Physiotherapists or Head of Performance
