TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our T's & C's relating to appointments, payments, cancellations, memberships and gift vouchers.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Personal Training and Running Analysis appointments.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be liable for the full cost of the appointment.
GIFT VOUCHERS
All our Gift Vouchers come with a 6 month expiry date from date of purchase. Massage Vouchers are sold in 30, 45 and 60 minute options. 60 minute vouchers cannot be split into 2x 30 minute treatments.
EXERCISE CLASSES
Classes can be booked online via our website.
We can also take bookings over the phone or in person - payment will be taken at the time of booking.
We cannot guarantee a place in a class until payment has been made. If you have not paid and secured your space you may find that the class is full when you arrive.
All class bookings are non transferable and non refundable.
Classes are booked as monthly block bookings.
INSURANCE PAYMENTS
Insurance patients must provide membership numbers, policy numbers and authorisation codes at their first appointment. Please also ensure that you are aware of any excess on your policy as you will be responsible for this payment directly to us.
MASSAGE MEMBERSHIP
First monthly payment of £25 will be collected 3 working days after signing up to Go Cardless and on the same date every month thereafter.
6 month minimum term - Membership is non transferable and can be cancelled after 6 months.
Members are entitled to a max 1 rollover session every 6 months.
