Christopher Watts
Lead Physiotherapist & APPI Pilates Instructor
Chris qualified from the University of Southampton in 2010. Since then, he has worked in physiotherapy’s private sector at various locations throughout South Wales.
Chris founded Back2Front Physio in 2012 and has seen it grow from strength to strength. He is an APPI trained Pilates Instructor and has been certified as a Running Technique Coach. He leads the Pilates Classes and Gait Analysis services.
Chris is vastly experienced with treating many sporting athletes including rugby, football, hockey, runners and cyclists, utilising a bio-mechanical approach to improve function, reduce pain and return the patient to pre-injury function.

Dan graduated from Cardiff University in July 2020 with a degree in Physiotherapy Bsc. Whilst at university Dan played active roles both in the Cardiff Sports and Exercise Medicine Society and the Cardiff Medicals RFC .
Dan joined the Back2Front Team in 2020, in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic.
Dan also has a sports massage qualification and is proficient in sports taping. Dan enjoys the use of functional exercises and manual therapies both in his treatments and in injury prevention, enabling you to maximise your potential and ensure you are returned to good health as soon as possible.
