Our running technique analysis does not include a diagnosis of your current injury. If you are currently suffering with an injury affecting your ability to run, we do recommend an assessment with our physiotherapist prior to a running analysis package.

Christopher Watts

Lead Physiotherapist & Running Technique Coach

Chris qualified from the University of Southampton in 2010. Since then, he has worked in physiotherapy’s private sector at various locations throughout South Wales.

Chris founded Back2Front Physiotherapy in 2012 and has seen it grow from strength to strength. He is an APPI trained Pilates Instructor and has been certified as a Running Technique Coach. He leads the Pilates Classes and Run Analysis services.

 

Chris is vastly experienced with treating many sporting athletes including rugby, football, hockey, runners and cyclists, utilising a bio-mechanical approach to improve function, reduce pain and return the patient to pre-injury function.
