Our PT focuses on building a HAPPIER, HEALTHIER version of you.

We don't obsess about weight. We don't compare with others. Our 1:1 PT Sessions take place in our fully equipped Performance Room in Aberdare, away from the hustle and bustle of the gym with you having exclusive use of the room for your sessions. 

We undertake Fitness Assessments for all new starters so that we can assess, adapt and plan your strength training to meet your individual needs. Strength training is not just about bodybuilders lifting weights in a gym, it is fantastic for people of all ages and fitness levels to help prevent the natural loss of lean muscle mass that comes with ageing.

WHAT DOES THE FITNESS ASSESSMENT INVOLVE?

Your Fitness Assessment  with Jaycee will involve a discussion about your current fitness levels and your personal goals for training. You will also undergo a series of tests to assess your fitness including:

  • Resting Blood Pressure

  • BMI Calculation

  • Resting Heart Rate

  • Joint Motion Testing

  • Functional Movement 

  • Baseline Strength tests

A baseline assessment is required prior to undertaking 1:1 PT sessions or receiving an individualised exercise programme. This is to evaluate your current fitness levels and to be able to provide you with the correct level of intensity in order to achieve a positive effect, whether in a 1:1 session or if you wished to undertake your exercise programme alone.
