PAYMENT METHODS
We take cash, card or cheque payment. Please make cheques payable to Back2Front Physiotherapy. All prices are fixed and must be paid on the day of treatment/assessment.
You can now pay over the phone for appointments!!
CANCELLATIONS/MISSED APPOINTMENTS
We have a strict policy on cancellations or missed appointments. If you are unable to make your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice. If notice is not received within 24 hours, you will be charged full price for your missed/cancelled appointment.

New patients are now required to pay for their Initial Assessment in advance. If cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the appointment, this will be refunded.
PRIVATE MEDICAL INSURANCE
We are a registered physiotherapy provider for most private health insurance companies. Therefore all of your physiotherapy costs can be covered by medical insurance. We will require your membership or policy number. Also please check your policy prior to attending as you may require an authorisation code.
