DIFFERENT TYPES OF BACK PAIN

Sciatica

Hip Pain

There are a number of causes of sciatica for which we can diagnose and treat. Symptoms include a sharp pain referring down the back of one leg to the foot.

Muscle Spasm

Muscle Spasm is a common problem for back pain sufferers. Symptoms include a locking feeling of your back on small movements

Muscle Spasm

Disc Pain

This can be termed as slipped disc, herniated disc, or disc prolapse. Generally this is centralised back pain with referred pain down the leg

Sports Injuries

Back pain can affect your hobbies from running to lifting weights. Sitting down and waiting for your back to heel isn't the best thing to do. We can tell you what to do and when to ensure a full recovery.

Chronic Back Pain

Neck and Back Pain

Unfortunately, back pain can become long standing. Generally people are given medication to cope but we like to deal with this through gradual activity and exercise.

Osteoarthritis

Disc Pain

Osteoarthritis is much more common than people think. Some can be asymptomatic (without symptoms) where as others present with symptoms. We can help get you back on track

Back Pain Physio Expert

WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT OUR BACK PAIN EXPERTS

Absolutely outstanding. I was in the area on holiday and was suffering from terrible back pain which I had seen a physio at home for and had had no relief. After just 2 sessions I am well on the road to recovery and feel that I have been given in-depth advice which not only helps me to understand the root of the problem but how in the most simple of ways to accelerate my recovery. I am truly grateful for the help and advice I received and could not recommend Chris more highly. What a star!
