We have reopened the Clinic doors after our Christmas break and it's good to be back!
Our Online Pilates classes are underway and our team of Physiotherapists are ready and waiting to see you.
We are available for Physiotherapy Assessment and Treatment sessions and we are currently open Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You can book online or call the Clinic on 01685 878737.
Online Pilates classes are live at 10am Monday, Wednesday and Friday too or you can catch up at a time more suitable for you. All details can be found on our website.
Unfortunately Massage Therapy is on hold. We know all too well how important this service is to many of you in maintaining your physical and mental health. And we are really disappointed that we cannot deliver this at the moment. As soon as that changes we will let you know and open up Josie's diary for bookings.
