Home based exercises are essential for recovery from sciatica. General exercises from youtube won't do the trick so we provide specific progressive exercises tailored to improving your health and resolving your sciatica quickly.
WHAT IS SCIATICA?
Sciatica is characterised by pain emanating from the sciatic nerve. The nerves within our body are sensitive therefore any undue stress placed on a nerve can cause pain. Sciatic pain is generally one sided with pain originating from the lower back and travelling down the leg towards the foot. Pain can usually be felt in the buttock too. Often sciatica can be misdiagnosed therefore correct diagnosis is essential. There are a number of different causes of sciatic pain and our job is to diagnose what is the exact cause.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT OUR PHYSIOTHERAPY
Absolutely outstanding. I was in the area on holiday and was suffering from terrible back pain which I had seen a physio at home for and had had no relief. After just 2 sessions I am well on the road to recovery and feel that I have been given in-depth advice which not only helps me to understand the root of the problem but how in the most simple of ways to accelerate my recovery. I am truly grateful for the help and advice I received and could not recommend Chris more highly. What a star!
