This is the most important part of the process. How do we know what you want to achieve if we haven’t asked you? Attend a free initial assessment with one of our coaches for us to understand what you want to achieve.

PRESCRIBE

Every individual has individual time pressures, abilities and goals. Once we know what it is that you want to achieve, we will prescribe you with the option to help you achieve your goal the fastest.

REFINE

Getting a programme right first time is a rarity. So we’ll continually refine our programming with weekly check ins to ensure you are working your way towards your goal.

review

How do we know if our programme has been successful? We’ll complete a goal review to ensure we have been able to help you to achieve your goals.
