Our PT focuses on building a STRONGER, BETTER version of you.
PT is not just about losing weight. With structured training, you can become much better at your sport and suffer with less sport related injuries. Our 1:1 PT Sessions take place in our fully equipped Performance Room in Aberdare, away from the hustle and bustle of the gym with you having exclusive use of the room for your sessions.
All new PT clients start with an Initial Assessment for all new starters., It's a chance for you and your Personal Trainer to discuss your goals (I.E. Weight loss, strengthening, toning, flexibility, health related etc), your previous training experience and to work out what's the best way of moving forward with your goals. Our Personal Trainer will also take some baseline measurements to see where you are at the moment which helps to see your improvements over time.
