PT is not just about losing weight. With structured training, you can become much better at your sport and suffer with less sport related injuries. Our 1:1 PT Sessions take place in our fully equipped Performance Room in Aberdare, away from the hustle and bustle of the gym with you having exclusive use of the room for your sessions. 

We undertake Fitness Assessments for all new starters so that we can assess, adapt and plan your strength training to meet your individual needs. Strength training is not just about bodybuilders lifting weights in a gym, it is about targeted training to help you uncover and realise your potential.
