We help to put you on the first step to improving your overall health and wellbeing
Our First Steps to Fitness Class is a beginner's exercise class incorporating strength training and cardiovascular exercise. Under the guidance of a physiotherapist, we safely take you on your initial steps into the world of exercise with unbelievable benefits. Exercise helps to reduce your blood pressure, lower your resting heart rate and allows you to continue with your everyday life without feeling breathless.
We have created this class to suit all abilities and there is absolutely no judgement. Like minded people achieving like minded goals
All classes are held in our purpose built Studio with 12 participants maximum to ensure you complete the exercises correctly to feel the ultimate benefits.

This class is aimed at exercise beginners. You do not need any previous gym or exercise experience. If you are nervous, or anxious about any part of the class, then we are here to guide you throughout.

Our Senior Physiotherapist Kathryn will lead the class, ensuring you are exercising safely throughout. She will also be on hand to help and advise you on all the exercises and equipment.
